We are happy to offer a 7 day return policy (with online refund for Online Payments and NEFT/Store credit for COD Payments only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Email us at email@example.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return request pick up. Please do mention your order number as well for us to track and respond quicker to your return. Once a customer care team member has responded and accepted your request she/he will process a pick up.
- Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after your request has been accepted
- Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: I-7, Gala No. 7, 1st Floor, Shree Arihant Compound Building, Bhiwandi Road, Kalher, Thane - 421302, Maharashtra
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer
- Once the item is picked up, the item is brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
- We will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund via NEFT within 7- 12 business days. The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item.
You can exchange an item with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
